Elisa Matse (1990, NL) is a Cultural Anthropologist (VU, 2013) and Artistic Researcher (UvA, 2015), living in Rotterdam. She has worked for various institutes, such as museums, universities and municipalities. These experiences give her insight in the workings - both potential and issues - of large organizations. From this perspective she is keen to understand how we adapt those structures and develop methods that can make these more accomodating to our everyday realities. This is a focus she always brings to the job - wherever that may be.
